Claims of Questionable Integrity in COVID-19 Test Results - Accused of Falsifying Results in COVID-19 Testing

Hey there! Here's the lowdown on a pair of shady characters accused of swindling test centers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In Upper Bavaria, two crafty sods are slammed with charges for allegedly ripping off test centers, filching coins for unperformed rapid tests, and more expenses. The Bavarian Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KVB) took a 367,000 euro hit as a result.

The Bavarian Central Office for the Suppression of Corruption in Healthcare (ZKG) in Nuremberg's spilling the beans: prosecutors have laid charges against the men, aged 34 and 35, on the Traunstein Regional Court's docket. The court's gonna decide if it's showtime, a.k.a. trial time, for these two.

The duo's accused of commercial computer fraud, their supposed shady business going down February 2022 to March 2023. Since last October, they've been in the slammer and neither one's said a peep about the accusations.

Keep an eye on this tale as it unfolds. Cheers!
