Celebrated Babies of the Week Among New Earth Residents

Peacefully slumbering, with loosely sprawled limbs, Jonas Finn, the newly-crowned infant of the week from the Lukaskrankenhaus, rests on a diaper-changing table in the mother and infant ward. His proud mother stands nearby, grinning down at him.

Two Newborns Arrive at Johanna Etienne Hospital in Neuss

Two families in Neuss, Germany, have reason to celebrate as their newborn babies were recently welcomed into the world at the Johanna Etienne Hospital.

Selina and Dimitrios Fytriadis became proud parents to their daughter, Malia, on November 20, two weeks earlier than planned due to preeclampsia. Malia was born via Caesarean section at the Johanna Etienne Hospital, a well-established facility known for its comprehensive medical services, including emergency care, surgery, and specialized departments such as oncology, cardiology, and neurology.

The Fytriadis family, who reside in Neuss, expressed their gratitude for the exceptional care they received during their stay. Selina, who had an internship on the delivery ward at the hospital as a student, was particularly pleased with the care provided. The family is overjoyed with the arrival of Malia and are grateful for the support of their families and the good care at the Johanna Etienne Hospital.

In a separate delivery, Vanessa and Tim Allroggen welcomed their first child, Jonas Finn, to the world. Due to Vanessa's high-risk pregnancy caused by diabetes, the Allroggens chose to give birth at the Johanna Etienne Hospital's maternity ward, which also houses a children's clinic. Jonas spent a few days on the children's intensive care unit for observation but is now doing well.

Vanessa and Tim, who are natives of Neuss, were familiar with the hospital, as Tim was also born there. They expressed their gratitude to the doctors, midwives, and caregivers for their well-rehearsed care of Jonas Finn. The Allroggen family is about to go home, and in the coming days, Tim Allroggen, a passionate footballer and player-coach at TuS Grevenbroich 1911, will focus on caring for his newborn son.

Upon returning home, Jonas Finn is expected to snuggle up on Mom Vanessa's arm, while the Fytriadis family will continue to cherish their new addition, Malia, at their home in Neuss. Both families are looking forward to sharing their journey with their newborns and the support of their loved ones.

The Fytriadis family, whose daughter Malia was born prematurely at the Johanna Etienne Hospital, is appreciative of the specialized health-and-wellness care they received, given Selina's prior internship on the delivery ward. On the other hand, the Allroggen family, who welcomed high-risk baby Jonas Finn, expresses gratitude for the family-health services provided by the hospital's maternity ward and children's clinic.
