Detmold is gearing up for an exciting summer with the return of Park Sports, a free fitness program running from July 14 to August 26, 2025. This community initiative is supported by local clubs like Detmolder Sportverein, CVJM Pivitsheide, Sandokai Detmold, and TV 09 Pivitsheide.
Organised by Sarah Dörmann from impuls I event, Park Sports offers a diverse range of activities for all ages and abilities. You can find fitness classes, martial arts, Latin dance fitness, hula hoop, family offerings, and inclusive ball games scattered across various locations in Detmold and the Lippe district.
Fitness enthusiasts will be pleased to know that fitness classes will take place in Bürgerpark, while Latin Dance Fitness will be held in Museumspark Ameide. For those seeking strength and coordination training, Kusselberg is the place to be.
