Bojorquez also shared other child sex abuse material with his accomplice and other parties via Telegram and email. A whopping 1,000 images and videos were found on Bojorquez's cell phones, displaying infants and toddlers engaged in sexually explicit and violent activities.
John E. Childress, Acting United States Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana, expressed his disgust, stating, "No child should suffer sexual abuse." Special Agent in Charge Matthew Scarpino of ICE Homeland Security Investigations further added, "HSI and our law enforcement partners remain committed to identifying and bringing to justice those who prey on children."
The Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, comprising local and federal law enforcement agencies like Homeland Security Investigations, Indiana State Police, Richmond Police Department, and Plainfield Police Department, led the investigation. The sentence was imposed by U.S. District Judge Sarah Evans Barker.
