While tea, decaf tea, and decaf coffee didn't seem to demonstrate similar benefits, cola, on the other hand, appeared to be a party pooper as it decreased women's likelihood of healthy aging.

In 2016, over 3,700 women qualified as healthy agers based on the researchers' criteria.
