Fast Builder Launches Low-Impact Balance Workout for Seniors

Fast Builder Limited introduces a low-impact balance training workout specifically designed for older adults. The routine, developed for the 'SilberFit: Senioren Fitness' app, combines seven exercises to enhance stability and prevent falls. Key moves include the back leg raise, flamingo stand, and seated running man arms.

The workout begins with the back leg raise, engaging core muscles and improving posture. The flamingo stand challenges balance, with participants lifting one arm and knee as high as comfortable while standing on one leg. The seated running man arms exercise involves swapping dumbbells from shoulder to hip and back.

Other exercises include the seated overhead press, which strengthens shoulder muscles, and the seated alternate arm front raise, targeting the upper body. The seated side crunch works the obliques, while the leg swing improves hip flexibility. Unilateral moves and wobble board exercises are also recommended for balance training. Each exercise should be performed for 8-10 repetitions, with 3 rounds in total, and rest as needed.

Fast Builder Limited's low-impact balance training workout is an effective way for older adults to improve stability and prevent falls. By incorporating exercises like the back leg raise, flamingo stand, and seated running man arms, seniors can enhance their overall fitness and maintain independence.
