Born to Kushagra Nayan Bajaj, the current Chairman of the Bajaj Group, Anandamayi was raised with a deep understanding of the Group's values, legacy, and aspirations. Her journey began at a young age, as she graduated from Columbia University, New York, with a bachelor's degree in Financial Economics and Mathematics.
At just 22 years old, Anandamayi has started her full-time role from the Group's Mumbai office. She will work closely with the leadership teams of Bajaj Energy, Bajaj Consumer, and Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar, undergoing a detailed cross-functional immersion across all business verticals. This comprehensive immersion is designed to prepare her for greater operational responsibilities by the end of 2025.
Anandamayi is the first woman leader in the history of the Bajaj Group. She brings a unique blend of youthful curiosity and grounded responsibility to her new role.
