But the Dems are trapped in their own self-made crater of transgender ideological lies. They've knowingly denied and lied about basic biology. And they are discovering that, at a time when they'd rather be on the right side of this 80/20 (possibly even 90/10) issue, like the rest of sane America, there's no escape from the trans movement's clutches.
So, despite their better judgment, the Democrats continue to peddle lies. Lies about basic biology. Lies about what is fair and just between men and women in sports, private spaces, and everyday life.
The Democrats, once again, em mortified themselves this week, during a House DOGE Subcommittee Hearing titled "Unfair Play: Keeping Men Out of Women's Sports". Republican Congress members were taking the initial steps to restore truth and sanity to women's sports, but the Democrats tried their best to derail the whole affair.
Rep. Jasmine Crockett from Texas and Melanie Stansbury from New Mexico were particularly disruptive during the hearing. They spent the entire three hours discussing anything but the real issue at hand, leaving McNabb and Turner, two female athletes whose lives had been irrevocably altered by transgender policies, to feel overlooked and dismissed.
Crockett's antics included staging a "Trump or Trans" game, where every answer was Trump, much to everyone's astonishment. The purpose of the game was utterly baffling, as it had no relevance to transgender athletes in women's sports.
Meanwhile, Stansbury, a congresswoman from New Mexico, spoke passionately about her support for the transgender community, yet barely acknowledged the concerns of women like McNabb and Turner.
McNabb was critical of the Democrats' approach, stating, "They spent the whole hearing talking about literally anything else they could talk about besides the real issue at hand. It was disappointing to see, especially with two female athletes sitting there who have had their lives permanently affected by this gender ideology push."
But this wasn't the first time the Democrats showed their disregard for truth and fairness. When it came to showing any interest in McNabb and Turner, the Dems were nowhere to be found. During the entire hearing, they chose not to ask a single question of the two athletes, only the Republicans did so.
