Join us for a food extravaganza at the Organic Market in Bremen-Findorff on the 29th of September!
Get ready for a day of organic fun and sustainability as the Bio-Market Festival returns to Bremen, Germany, on September 29th. This annual event, which has earned the title of the EU Organic Award-winning best bio-city in Europe, will take place at Findorff Market on Neukirch Street.
The festival, running from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, promises a variety of activities for all ages. Senator Kathrin Moosdorf, Environment and Climate Senator, will welcome visitors at 1:00 pm with a live cooking event and tasting. This will be followed by a stage program featuring young bands, such as Planet Curtis, who will perform at 11:30 am, and Kevin Rabemanisa & Band, who will take the stage at 2:00 pm and 3:30 pm.
For the little ones, there will be puppet making, a vegetable hunt, and herb garden creation to keep them entertained while parents enjoy a drink or some shopping. Visitors can also interact with producers and long-standing regional actors, and participate in culinary experiences, with over 50 stalls showcasing organic products, offering information about organic farming, and providing food options like bio-pizza, bio-pasta, and bio-kimchi.
At 3:00 pm, a Vegetable Hunt Draw will take place, and at 3:15 pm, an Olive Oil Tasting will be offered. As the day winds down, Bio Bingo will be held at 4:00 pm.
