Stepping Comfortably into the Future: An Exercise Program for the Aged

Embrace a healthier and more active old age with "Trittsicher in die Zukunft" – a specially designed exercise program that focuses on enhancing stability, mobility, and balance for the mature generation.

Over a series of nine 1-hour sessions, our certified trainers will be guiding participants through a variety of exercises tailored for older adults. No prior knowledge or complex equipment is necessary, just a pair of comfortable clothes, and the desire to improve your quality of life. Standing and walking abilities, with or without assistance, are all that's needed.

The program is open to individuals aged between 65 and 90 years old, living independently. If you're a senior looking to strengthen your balance and stability, this program is perfect for you.
