Tomsk Oblast Boosts Pensioner Support in 2025, Aiding 283,000 Elders

The average retirement pension in Tomsk Oblast is 25,700 rubles, received by 252,000 pensioners, which is 88% of the total. Since the beginning of the year, 1,735 pensioners have benefited from an additional monthly payment of 8,907 rubles. This extra support is also extended to pensioner parents with underage children or students up to 23 years old, who can receive up to 8,907 rubles for three children.

The region is also home to 3,765 people aged 90 and above.
