Tragedy strikes at Waterworld in Stoke-on-Trent as a 4-year-old girl perishes post an incident
In a tragic turn of events, a four-year-old girl has lost her life following an incident at Waterworld, the UK's number one tropical indoor aqua park, located in Festival Way, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent.
The incident occurred on August 4, 2025, around 4:15 to 4:20 p.m. in the Lagoon area of the aqua park. The girl was found unconscious and was immediately attended to by Waterworld's lifeguard and management teams, as well as the West Midlands Ambulance Service.
