The Medilink UK Healthcare Business Awards 2025, held on Thursday, 10 July at the London Institute for Healthcare Engineering, recognised and celebrated the achievements of innovative UK life sciences companies driving improvements in health and well-being.

In the Medilink UK National Awards 2025, several winners were announced, including Nexus BioQuest, recognised as the Start-Up Winner for its contributions to pre-clinical immunology research solutions, and 3P Innovation, the Innovation Award Winner for its cryoFIL® platform revolutionising cell and gene therapy manufacturing.

While detailed information about the Medilink UK Healthcare Business Awards 2025 winners and runners-up is not yet available, it appears there might be some confusion with the broader Medilink UK National Awards. However, Inhealthcare, though not explicitly mentioned as a winner of the Medilink UK Healthcare Business Awards 2025, has been recognised for its significant contributions in digital healthcare. They have powered virtual wards, integrated patient care data, and won the HSJ award for 'Best Provider of Digital Healthcare Services'.

Eight companies will receive awards at the Medilink UK Healthcare Business Awards 2025. The winners of the Export category are Redditch Medical, and the Partnership with the NHS Winner is Oxford Heartbeat. The Partnership with Academia & Business category winner is The University of Nottingham Faculty of Engineering, School of Medicine, and SurePulse Medical. The Advances in Digital Healthcare category winner is C2-Ai, and the Outstanding Achievement Winner is also Oxford Heartbeat.

The awards ceremony was attended by industry leaders, including Kevin Kiely MBE, Group Chief Executive of Medilink UK, Professor Ian Abbs, CEO, Guys & St Thomas' Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, and Nick Rodgers, Interim Chair, Medilink UK.

Medilink organisations across the UK network host their own awards to identify regional winners, which are then put forward to the Medilink UK national awards. The 2025 runners-up include EthOss Regeneration, Awen Oncology, TestCard, Queen Mary University of London & Nilocas, Open Medical, VUIT Data Labs, and IQ Endoscopes.

Medilink UK appreciates the innovative, hard-working, and resilient UK life sciences companies for their unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of what is possible. These awards serve as a testament to their dedication to improving health and well-being in the UK and beyond.

In the realm of digital healthcare, Inhealthcare has been acknowledged for its significant contributions, powering virtual wards, integrating patient care data, and winning the HSJ award for 'Best Provider of Digital Healthcare Services'. Moreover, the science-driven health-and-wellness approach can be seen in the Medilink UK Healthcare Business Awards 2025 winner, C2-Ai, which advances digital healthcare with its innovative solutions.
